Level I Psychic Development is 33 classroom hours of theory and
practice instruction in Psychic
Awareness. All Psychic Development Courses are offered in three convenient weekend Parts (Part I, II and III).
Students take Part I. Then they have approximately a one month break
before coming back to continue their studies in Part II and Part III. This break
helps students to process and integrate what they have learned in Part I. Part II offers students to continue the momentum
of their development. Part III offers students the option to complete the

now offer an updated and restructured three-level accredited program
in psychic and mediumship development designed to prepare students to become so
well trained that they are eligible to become a Certified Intuitive Consultant
and or a Certified Psychic-Medium. This program

have learned and developed fascinating psychic and mediumistic abilities.
About the Program
Without burdensome work involved, the Psychic Development Program at HSI is designed to be fun, informative, concise and comprehensive. It emphasizes common sense, balanced with spirituality, which gives quality, depth and meaning to the psychic development process.
In our courses, students frequently participate in a psychic development circle (which is like a psychic laboratory), led by qualified teachers, for the purpose of developing mediumship and other psychic abilities. This circle begins with a meditation. Next, the teacher will help students to sort out the psychic impressions, which they receive and gently lead them into a discovery of their unique mode of psychic expression. All efforts are made, each week, to create a conducive atmosphere which will provide you with numerous opportunities to have meaningful psychic experiences.
A great feature of our program is our low tuition. Our Weekend Course is priced at a very low $260 per weekend (If you enroll BEFORE or at the very latest, on the Friday before the class begins by paying tuition in full according to the above stated policy) otherwise walk-ins at the door must pay $295. Tuition for our Circle of Light evening course is payable in installments--see below for tuition details.
Moreover, our classes are small (generally 10-25 students). A close teacher-student relationship is important to us and to the quality of your psychic education. Integrated into our program are written texts, authored by experts, which utilize knowledge derived from many years of research.
Our classroom environment is warm and friendly. A close, harmonious feeling is generated between students, and very quickly we find our classmates becoming a cohesive, family-like unit.

This level is designed
specifically for the beginner, consisting of introductory instruction

*Level II Intermediate Psychic Development
Level two consists of intermediate psychic training designed to develop psychic abilities further and to use those abilities on a practical level. Subjects included in this course are:

*Level III Advanced Psychic Development
In this level students will develop an awareness of their higher consciousness, develop their individual mediumship and psychic abilities more skillfully and will learn to present these abilities skillfully. Emphasis will be placed on how to skillfully, ethically help others using intuition, mediumship and psychic impressions. Those completing this course automatically become eligible for certification as an Intuitive Consultant. and or Certified Psychic-Medium. Subjects included in this course are:

Our staff of teachers are all graduates of the Holistic Studies Institute and our rigorous Teacher Training Program. Each staff member is a Certified Intuitive Consultant. Rev. Stephen Robinson Is the Founder and Executive Director, of the Holistic Studies Institute. Mr. Robinson holds the National Spiritualist Teacher’s Degree, is a Certified Psychic-Medium of the National Spiritualist Association, an Ordained Spiritualist Minister and a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. He is a member of the American Counseling Association and currently serves on the Faculty of the New York Open Center. During his 30-year career, Mr. Robinson hosted his own radio show, titled Psychic Dialogue, has maintained a successful private practice as a Psychic and Intuitive Consultant and has worked with law enforcement officials to assist in crime solving. His clientele includes TV and movie stars, celebrities in fashion, architecture and other professions. Mr. Robinson has supervised the training of teachers and has taught thousands of students to develop their psychic abilities over the past 30 years. |
is the Director of our Albany, NY Center, Rev. Charlene Robbins. Charlene is an ordained Spiritualist Minister. She is a graduate of the Holistic Studies Institute’s four -year Psychic Development Program, its Advanced Teacher Training Program and its Seminary Program. She holds Certifications in Intuitive Counseling, Therapeutic Touch, Hypnotherapy and is a Nationally Certified Reiki Master. As an experienced psychic-medium, she has taught psychic development for over 20 years, has given readings to thousands of people and has appeared on TV and radio where she demonstrates her psychic abilities. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Holistic Studies Institute and the American Board of Holistic Practitioners |

Constantina holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University and is a professor of Religion at Hunter College of the City University of New York. She is a translator of Sanskrit poetry and the author of several books and dozens of articles on Hindu mysticism, kundalini yoga, and goddess worship. A gifted and enthusiastic teacher, she lectures frequently and has taught workshops at spiritual retreats in the US and in Greece. She has just completed a book on the goddess Lakshmi, due to be published within the coming year. Constantina is a member of the Spiritualist Church of New York City and a frequent participant in its séances and message circles. |

TUITION
Reduction of Tuition -- Now only $230 per weekend class -- (a $30 savings over last year)
Psychic Development Tuition-- Levels I - III--Payable in advance
All tuition must be paid in full before enrollment is accepted. In addition, tuition and enrollment must be complete by Friday of the evening immediately preceding the class.
Total tuition payable in advance for each weekend is only $230.
Walk-in (non-enrolled students): We understand that at times there are extenuating circumstances when it is not possible for you to pre-enroll according to our policy. We do allow for walk-ins, but because we must reserve rooms for our classes in advance, we need to know how many enrollments we have. This causes extra administrative work and expenses for our program. Therefore tuition is slightly higher for people who just walk in to take our courses. In all cases the teacher of the course has the right to refuse admittance to any walk-in that the teacher perceives may not be an appropriate candidate for our courses or that particular level. All prerequisites must be met before you are accepted into any level course. Total tuition for walk-ins is payable at the door to the teacher in the amount of $260.
Want to REPEAT a class? Tuition for repeat students is 1/2 = $115 per weekend class:
For any student who wishes to repeat a class they may do so at a significant reduction in tuition. Tuition is ONLY $115 for repeat students!! Call our office for more details.
Note: All weekend Psychic Development Levels are taught and presented over 3 weekends. Students will receive a Certificate of Completion when they have finished the 3rd weekend.
By comparing our Program to other courses of similar nature, HSI provides 20 hours of instruction in each level with a very competitive tuition.
Texts: For Level I & Level II there is a text, each of which is $30 (including tax) and may be purchased at the first class. There is no text for Level III, However, handouts may be given instead of texts. There is no additional charge for these handouts.
