Registration Options: two ways to Register --
use registration forms above. 1. You may print the blank registration form out on your
printer. Fill in the information and include credit card information and send
the form with a check or money order for the $50 deposit to: the applicable
address on the form. (see the above forms for the correct address) Both the 2. If you are enrolling last minute (remember you must be
enrolled no later than five (5) days BEFORE the course begins), you may
register by phoning our office. Credit card information will be taken by one
of our operators Monday - Friday 4 - 8 PM Eastern Standard Time. Have your
credit card information ready, and be sure to prepare the registration form
as if you were registering by mail in order to save processing time. As soon
as we receive your registration, a confirmation letter will be mailed to you.

Refund Policy - Reiki Courses For those students paying tuition in advance a
full refund is given to students who notify HSI of their intent to drop any
Reiki course up to Returned Check Policy The returned check fee is $25. Further tuition
payments will be accepted in the form of cash, credit card, money order or
teller's checks. We will not accept personal checks from you if your checks
have been returned to us. If your check is returned from your bank, a
Certificate of Completion is not granted until all tuition is paid in full
along with the returned check fee. |
