Psychic Development Program

Instructions:

To register by mail, print this form, below, fill it out and circle the class for which you are registering. Mail it in with either your credit card information or a check or money order payable to "Holistic Studies Institute."

For Psychic Development Levels I - IV:

Payment:  Each application for enrollment most be accompanied by the check or credit card form for $50.  This amount constitutes your commitment to take the course.  The balance is due on the first class. 

$225 -- Total tuition per weekend if student is enrolled by paying the application fee no later than 5 days BEFORE the starting date of  the class.   $50 is the application fee and balance of $175 is due on the first day--Saturday morning of the class.

$275 -- Total tuition if not enrolled with $50 application fee, at least 5 days BEFORE class begins or for non-enrolled walk-ins at the door.  Full tuition is due on the first day--Saturday morning of the class.

For Advanced Trance Course:

$50- Is submitted no later than 5 days before the class begins as an first installment called an "application fee." This is applicable for each Sunday's class.
$95 - balance due on the morning of class on Sunday.
$145 - Total tuition for each day's class is  (If application fee is paid no later than 5 days before class begins) or tuition for walk-ins at the door is $170.
 

  No application for enrollment is accepted without the required $50 application fee attached to it.  Partial payments are not accepted.  Third party checks are not accepted. There is a $25 fee on all returned checks.  If your check is returned from your bank, future payments must be made in cash or credit card only.

   You may charge the application fee on any major credit card.

    Pre-registration is required. Just print the application and fax or send to us.  You may also call us and we'll send you additional registration forms with an application..   Mail or fax the completed application and $50 application fee no later than five days before class begins.  Upon acceptance, you will receive a confirmation letter.  The  tuition is due on the first class (see above for specific amounts).

Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, checks and cash are accepted for tuition.

Refund Policy 

A full refund of the application fee, which is paid in advance, is given to students who notify HSI of their intent to drop the course within 24 hours of the starting date. If HSI is not informed of your intent to drop the course within 24 hours of the starting date, a credit will be kept on file for the amount you paid.  This credit may be applied toward future classes which you may take.  No refund will be given otherwise.
