Details about Open Séances
In
the very safe, friendly and protected environment in our special
Séances, HSI's professionally trained and talented Psychic-Mediums
channel information, guidance, psychic impressions and messages
from the other side. Many people receive messages, impressions
and communication from our spirit loved-ones and friends. The
spirit people often have very important and convincing messages,
which can be very helpful to our lives. If you believe that
life goes on, that there is another dimension and that given
the right conditions, one may receive information from that
special place, then our Open Séance is just the right
place for you.
The
Open Séances at HSI are an excellent opportunity for
you to develop YOUR psychic awareness as well. If you are a
student in our Psychic Development Program, come to our Open
Séances to augment your development. You will find that
it is a great environment in which to increase your psychic
awareness.
Imagine
receiving a convincing message from your relative in Spirit.
And imagine how interesting and fascinating this would be. Join
us on on Wednesday evenings at 7 PM for an Open Séance
- OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! No reservations are required. Just show
up at the door. Séance is closed to Children under 14.
Young adults 14-16 must be accompanied by a parent. Please be on time.
Once the séance begins, latecomers cannot be admitted.
Please
note that in larger groups not everyone may receive a personal
message from the conductor. Messages will also be encouraged
to be given by other mediums, students and participants.
Please
turn off all cell phones and noise making electronics. To ensure
privacy of each sitter, recording of séances is not permitted.

Stephen Robinson, our Executive Director will continue to
conduct Open Séances at least once per month (on Wednesdays, of
course).
All
of the conductors of our Open Séances will either be
a guest medium from other cities or our local mediums. All are
either trained by HSI and/or are certified Séance Conductors.
These people have the highest quality of mediumship, psychic
abilities and training to conduct. We are sure you will continue
to enjoy our séances. You will also enjoy having a variety
of mediums conducting.

BY MASS TRANSIT
PENN STATION - exit at 7th Ave. walk right (south) to 30 St. –
GRAND CENTRAL STATION-exit at 42 St. proceed right (west) to
7th Ave. - Go left (South) 12 blocks.
PORT AUTHORITY BUS TERMINAL -exit on 8th Ave. proceed to the
right (South) to 30th St. 10 blocks.
Make a left (East) on
30th St. walk 1 block to 7th Ave.
BY CAR
LINCOLN TUNNEL: Stay in the extreme right lane. Follow signs to
34th St. make a left turn onto 34th St., proceed to 7th Ave. (2
blocks ) make a right go four blocks to 30th St. (for a parking
garage make a right on 29 St.)
MIDTOWN TUNNEL: Stay left follow signs to 35th St., make a
right turn onto 35th St., proceed to 7th Ave. (7 blocks) make a
left and go four blocks to 30th St. (for a parking garage make a
right on 29 St.)
PARKING
STREET PARKING: close by is not possible between 8 AM and 6 PM
Monday thru Friday. You will be ticketed and towed. There are
numerous spots available in the evenings and weekends. Always watch
the parking regulation signs.
GARAGE PARKING: There are numerous garages in the
neighborhood. The cost for a full day ranges from $12 to $20. The
closest ones are on 29 St. or 30 St. between 7th & 8th Ave. |

Rev. Stephen C. Robinson
Executive Director
Rev. Stephen Robinson is the Founder and Executive Director of
Holistic Studies Institute. He has a BS is Psychology and is a
graduate of the Morris Pratt Institute Spiritualist Seminary. He
holds the National Spiritualist Teacher’s Degree. He is a
Certified Psychic-Medium of the National Spiritualist Association,
an Ordained Spiritualist Minister and a Board Certified Clinical
Hypnotherapist. In 1992 Rev. Robinson received the highest
teaching honor from his professional colleagues, namely the NSAC
Annual Teacher’s Award. For nearly 30 years he has maintained a
successful practice as a Psychic Consultant and Clinical
Hypnotherapist. |
Rev. Charlene Robbins
Director
Rev. Charlene Robbins is the Director of HSI and an
ordained Spiritualist Minister. She is a graduate of the Holistic
Studies Institute’s four -year Psychic Development Program, its
Advanced Teacher Training Program and its Seminary Program. She
holds Certifications in Intuitive Counseling, Therapeutic Touch,
Hypnotherapy and is a Nationally Certified Reiki Master. As an
experienced psychic-medium, she has taught psychic development for
over 10 years, has given readings to thousands of people and has
appeared on TV and radio where she demonstrates her psychic
abilities. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of
Holistic Studies Institute. |

Healing Book
Did you know that HSI has a special Healing Book? We send healing and
prayers to those listed in this book for a 30 day period. Healing is
sent every Friday evening at 8 PM. If you would like to place a name in
our Healing Book for prayers and healing, please call HSI office at
(212) 337-3017. Office hours are M – F, 4 – 8 PM. If you get our
voicemail leave a message. In order to place someone in the book, we
need to know their name and the condition which needs healing, prayer
and light. We’d also appreciate your keeping us informed as to the
healing progress of the person from whom you request healing. HSI also
appreciates love offerings (donations) to help with our expenses.
